Background
The leader of a medium sized business tends to neglect their own professional and personal development. To be an effective leader, it requires you to adopt a strategic overview and step outside the organisation. It can be a lonely existence.
Objectives
- To meet with peers and discuss issues of mutual concern
- Get personal professional development from quarterly updates
- Accountability for achieving goals
- Networking with peers
- Gain ideas from other sectors / industries
Who is Eligible
Any leader of an organisation employing more than 10 people and / or a turnover greater than £1 million Agree to the TLF charter Must attend at least 2 out of 4 meetings
How Often? 
Quarterly at a venue in Birmingham. Meetings scheduled over lunch There will be a maximum of 15 members in each chapter from non-competing industries
Meeting Format
- 11:30 – 12:10 Arrivals and updates from members
- 12:10 – 12:30 Keynote Speaker
- 12:30 – 1:30 Lunch with informal discussion
- 1:30 – 2:00 Actions for next meeting & Close
What is the Cost?
There is an annual membership fee to register as a member. This covers attendance to the four meetings each year, all resources and materials. The annual membership fee is £1500.00
